Synapses Calendar lets you arrange a 30-minute meeting with Alexis. This notice describes the information used for that booking.
Your name, email address and chosen time are sent to Google Calendar to create the meeting, invite you and arrange Google Meet. Alexis can see this information in the calendar invitation. Visitors do not need to connect a Google account.
Alexis connects his personal calendar to create meetings and checks both his personal and shared professional calendar for free/busy times. The website returns availability, not private event titles or descriptions. Google authorization credentials are kept in server-side secrets, never in the public website.
Cloudflare hosts the site and processes booking requests. The booking service stores appointment times, request identifiers and keyed hashes of email addresses to prevent duplicate bookings. It uses temporary keyed hashes of IP addresses to limit repeated requests. These records do not contain your name or plain-text email address. CAPTCHA checks are currently disabled; Cloudflare Turnstile may be re-enabled if needed for abuse prevention.
